In the months of November thru February you can find flights to Peru for as low as $451. The Summer season in Peru is December to April with the hottest months being December and January. The rainy season begins around January so if you are looking for a beach vacation, keep that in mind. A jumper flight to Cusco is only 1 1/2 hours if you plan to visit Machu Picchu. Definitely something on my bucket list!
Flights from New Orleans to London are now cheaper then flights out of Houston! In September, October and November you can get flights as low as $501 round trip. Please take note that most of the flights at this price do have a 6 hour layover. For under $100 more you can find a flight with a much shorter layover. Still this is a FANTASTIC price.
